Hey, Dave here. If you're not one of my regular subscribers, let me quickly tell you a little about myself ...and then I'll show you real proof of how I how people of all shapes and sizes are getting the sexy body they always dreamed of using a fantastic new program called  'YourSixPackQuest'.
 

Ok... Since I began my fitness journey 5 years ago, I've been through every emotion imaginable, frustration...anger...jubilation. There was a lot of frustration as finding the right information for me to use was quite difficult at first.  The frustration only lasted for a little while because once I met the right people who were able to make me understand how my body works and show me how to lose stubborn fat and build muscle the right way, my quest became a lot easier. Once I knew how weight loss and muscle gain worked then I was more than half way to my goal. Armed with the right knowledge I was only going forwards and never backwards again.

So, eventually, and after a lot of hard work, speaking with countless experts I did work out how to get the great body I always wanted and ever since then I haven't looked back... and in the next few moments, I can hopefully advise you on how to do the same!

Here's The Problem...

See, nowadays, trying to lose weight and gain muscle is even more difficult and confusing than it used to be. There are so many programs on the market to choose from and unless you have the time and money to test them out, you're basically going to go round in circles....and potentially lose a lot of money and not lose any weight.

And this is the exact reason why a few weeks ago, (and after continually being asked to do so for 2 years!) I decided to strip down 15 of the most popular 'weight loss' programs to see which ones actually work!

What Happened...

The truth was, most were total rubbish and a few could even be described as 'scams'. In fact, out of the 15 that I tested, only two contained feasible ways of getting your body into great shape along with getting sexy ripped abs. In fact, these two programs (the 'Your Six Pack Quest' and 'Truth About Abs') work SO well, I managed to drop another 2% body fat in just 2 weeks. I even surprised myself!

Your Six Pack Quest
Let's begin with the new and exciting 'YourSixPackQuest' which reveals the methods that can get you a six pack in six months. The author is a fitness professional and used to be a long distance runner before deciding bulk up and build some muscle. But that's easy for him I hear you say, he was already skinny and didn't need to lose weight. Please read on.

After initially checking out the site, it was immediately apparent that this is for real. The proof you see at the top of the page is entirely genuine because one of the now thousands of people using this exact program documented how he lost 100 lbs in 112 days (under 4 months) and developed muscles he probably didn't even know he had.

 

I had actually heard good things about YSPQ already and when I downloaded the system and arrived at the product delivery page, I kinda' realized why...

You are greeted with a private members area where you can download and discover all the methods you need to know in order to duplicate Peter's (see pic below) results... with each one containing detailed instructions about what you need to do in a straight forward and step by step fashion.

This isn't a just a guide to read, you get the benefit of a complimentary DVD series to see how Vince (author) completes the exercises and programs contained in the guide. This is huge, expecially if you prefer to learn visually.

Unfortunately I can't divulge very much about the exact nature of the material right here (I asked but was not allowed!)..... however, what I can and will tell you is this: It works!

Even though my results were good, YSPQ is going to be hard for some people. Vince is known for his no nonsense approach. He tells you how it is and doesn't sugar coat anything. You're going to have to get off your butt and sweat a little but it will be worth it.

If you're afraid of a little hard work and don't think you have the discipline to follow his program then maybe YSPQ is not for you. YSPQ will get anyone a six pack in six months but as you can see from the picture above that Peter managed to get extraordinary results in under 4.

Not bad, I'm sure you'll agree... and I'm using the program at the moment to shave off the last bits of fat for an upcoming competition. You don't have to take it to my level but normally I find it very difficult to lose the last traces of fat and get extra ripped before a competition. YSPQ has made achieving my goals much much easier.

The other thing I just want to mention is the free bonuses you also get when you download (they say only a limited amount are going to be given away so I hope you're in time!). One of these bonuses is a fat loss virtual trainer ( a genius idea and one that I haven't seen any other program offer).

Truth About Abs

When I first saw the Truth About Abs website, I must confess I thought 'here we go..., yet another so-called Fitness Guru promising unrealistic results' ...and usually I would've avoided this kinda' thing like the plague.

   
However, because the whole point of my research was to end all speculation and to find the best 'flat stomach' programs on the net, I just went ahead and downloaded it. Mike Geary's (author) program was actually one of the first guides that I reviewed and I'm glad I did.

In fact, I was pleasantly surprised.The mantra of the website is this: "The truth about six pack abs - No gimmicks or fads. Just the truth about fat loss and getting defined abdominals for good " ; and that's pretty much what it does. The techniques are valid and the ideas do work.. and I only know this because I've been using some of them for years.

The training program is great and abundant with diagrams...and you are also given nutrition and food guides to help you get started on your six pack as quickly as possible.

What if I told you that you could get that elusive 6 pack without doing another single sit up! Would you believe me? Probably not and you wouldn't be alone. You would need to see evidence and have the reasons explained to you. That's just part of what Mikes guide Truth About Abs does. The truth will blow you away.

If you follow this guide you will lose weight and get a ripped six pack. No doubt about it. However, the question is...how quick?

Everyone wants to get a six pack in the fastest time possible and a lot of people give up when they don't see results immediately.

When you understand how the process works then you will be in a much better mindset to finish the training. Burning fat is a process, it only happens one way.

The information inside Trutha About Abs for losing weight and getting a lean flat stomach is right on the money. I know because it's how I got in the shape I'm in today. I did it the hard (and expensive) way by hiring personal trainers and paying nutritionists to create specific meal plans to help me meet my targets for weight loss.

Guides like this are created so you don't have to do it the hard way.

Well, as you can see, the results are hardly bad and I assume that that a lean ripped body like that would suit you!

Mikes guide is concrete and will work if you apply his methods but it's lacking a visual guide. Diagrams are provided and ask your local instructor to go over some of the exercises but there's nothing like seeeing someone do it in front of you anytime you need it. Maybe Mike will provide some online videos/DVD's in the future.

Truth About Abs does work but I'd advise you to read my conclusion below before taking action.

 

 

 

 
The Conclusion...?
Well, after some deliberation, my conclusion is this: If you want to have a lean set of sexy abs along with a ripped body then  Your Six Pack Quest is certainly the one to go for.

Don't get me wrong, Truth About Abs progaram does and will work but I much preferred Vince's no nonsense approach. He gets you in the right frame of mind and provides all the information you need to get a flat and sexy stomach. You can have a lean and flat tummy or you can have your abs popping out of your skin, how fast you take it is up to you. The DVD series and interactive trainers as well as the various meal plan guides is what makes Your Six Pack Quest the superior program  in my eyes.

The visual guides (DVD series and interactive trainer) are what make me choose YSPQ as the best program.
