I've been a fitness geek for the
past 5 years now, I have the
body and muscles I've always
wanted and I get to keep my
great body without starving
myself or making any huge
sacrifices in my life. I can
still enjoy a few beers with my
friends and I can eat like a
horse when I like. Although I'm
in pretty great shape I'm not as
huge as some body builders nor do I
have any desire to be. And it's
much easier to keep my body in
great shape now that it's
already there, much to the

gym.
When I
decided
to lose my gut and get into
shape I made a promise to myself
that I would be successful. I
decided I needed a plan and to
set some goals for myself. Since
I began my fitness quest 5 years
ago I spoken with countless
fitness gurus and experts in the
fitness industry. I got lots of
information from one expert that
would contradict another expert.
One person would tell me I
should eat certain foods or take
certain supplements but then
another expert would tell me not
to take supplements and that
they were bad for me.Nobody was
really wrong, it just depended
on what your goals and targets
were.
Since I
began my fitness journey 5 years
ago, I've been through every
emotion imaginable,
frustration...anger...jubilation.
There was a lot of frustration
as finding the right information
for me to use was quite
difficult at first. The
frustration only lasted for a
little while because once I met
the right people who were able
to make me understand how my
body works and show me how to
lose stubborn fat and build
muscle the right way, my quest
became a lot easier. Once I knew
how weight loss and muscle gain
worked then I was more than half
way to my goal. Armed with the
right knowledge I was only going
forwards and never backwards
again.
So, eventually,
and after a lot of hard work,
speaking with countless experts
I did work out how to get the
great body I always wanted and ever
since then I haven't looked
back... and in the next few
moments, I can hopefully advise
you on how to do the same!
Here's The Problem...
See, nowadays, trying to lose
weight and gain muscle is even more
difficult and confusing than it
used to be. There are so many
programs on the market to choose
from and unless you have the
time and money to test them out,
you're basically going to go
round in circles....and
potentially lose a lot of
money and not lose any weight.
And this is the exact reason why
a few weeks ago, (and after
continually being asked to do so
for 2 years!) I decided to strip
down 15 of the most popular
'weight loss' programs to
see which ones actually work!
What Happened...
The truth was, most were total
rubbish and a few could even
be described as 'scams'. In
fact, out of the 15 that I
tested, only two
contained feasible ways of
getting your body into great
shape along with getting sexy
ripped abs. In
fact, these two programs (the
'Your Six Pack Quest' and 'Truth
About Abs') work SO well, I
managed to drop another 2% body
fat in just 2 weeks. I even surprised
myself!
